Founded in 2005 in the picturesque Khmelnytskyi region, Agro-Forte has grown into a leading agricultural company, specializing in the cultivation of cereals and technical crops, advanced breeding methods, production of high-quality seeds, as well as the sale of agricultural machinery and providing comprehensive services for soil processing and harvest collection.

The history of our company
2005 year
The company was founded by Ukrainian-Polish investors in the Khmelnytskyi region. At the beginning of its existence, it specialized in the cultivation of rapeseed and wheat.
2009 year
The total area of agricultural land was 86 hectares, and the number of employees in the company was limited to only 5 people.
2011 year
LLC “Agro-Forte” begins cooperation with the leading supplier of high-yielding cereal seeds - the company “SAATEN-UNION” from Germany, KWS.
2012 year
The company is actively expanding its activities, increasing the total area of agricultural land to 1800 hectares. Along with the growth of the company, the number of employees also increases, reaching 80 people.
2014 year
In just 2 years, the company’s agricultural land bank has grown to nearly 5300 hectares, and the company now employs 200 people.
2015 year
An elevator and a seed plant have been constructed and put into operation
2017 year
The construction of the second phase of the elevator begins, as well as the optimization of work processes. In the same year, cooperation with RWA, a leading breeding company and seed producer, commenced.
2019 year
Collaboration has been initiated with Prograin, a recognized global leader in soybean breeding.
2021 year
A seed and fertilizer warehouse was opened in the city of Vinnytsia, on Turbivske Highway. Additionally, the Cropio satellite crop monitoring system was implemented. The year was quite eventful; LLC “Agro-Forte” received recognition, earning the “Consumer Choice 2020” status and was included in the registry of the best suppliers of goods and services for the year 2020.

Our expectations from candidates include
- Higher specialized education;

Responsibilities:
- Participation in the development and implementation of PR and communication strategies;
